ArzBill ERP is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), wholesale distributors, and retail businesses in Pakistan.
Our business model is subscription-based. We provide a cloud-hosted ERP system featuring comprehensive modules such as POS, Inventory Management, CRM, Accounting, and HR. Customers pay a recurring subscription fee (monthly or annually) based on the tier they select (e.g., Trial, Pro, Enterprise) and the number of active user seats they require.
Payment Gateway Use Case
We utilize our integrated payment gateway exclusively to securely process subscription and renewal payments from our B2B customers.
How it works: When a customer signs up or renews their SaaS subscription within the ArzBill dashboard, they are presented with an invoice. The payment gateway facilitates a direct, secure online transaction (via credit/debit card) to cover this recurring software licensing fee. It is solely used for our own service billing and is not used to process third-party transactions.
