What is ArzBill?
A cloud ERP built for Pakistani traders
ArzBill ERP is a cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and POS software built specifically for Pakistani wholesale traders and retail businesses. It replaces the paper khata, the standalone billing register, and the disconnected Excel sheet with one system: when an invoice is created, stock, cash, and the customer's account update automatically — no manual re-entry.
ArzBill runs entirely in the cloud, so it works from a phone, laptop, or shop computer, with data accessible the moment someone logs in — whether they're standing at the counter or checking numbers from home.
Who ArzBill is for
ArzBill is used by:
- Pakistani retailers and wholesalers
- Distributors and general stores
- Garment, hardware, mobile, and electronics stores
- Small and medium enterprises tracking customer credit (udhaar)
The common thread: a business currently running on paper registers, Excel, or software that doesn't connect sales to stock and accounts.
What it does
- Sales & POS — invoice at the counter or for wholesale credit sales, with WhatsApp invoicing built in.
- Inventory — live stock levels, low-stock alerts, and per-branch stock for multi-location businesses.
- Party ledger — every customer and supplier's running balance, updated automatically from every sale, purchase, and payment.
- Accounting — full double-entry books (vouchers, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet) generated from day-to-day sales and purchases, not a separate task.
- Recovery reminders — one-click WhatsApp reminders to customers with an outstanding balance.
Why ArzBill, not a spreadsheet or a generic accounting tool
General accounting software wasn't built around wholesale credit (udhaar), rate lists, or a shop counter — it's built for bookkeepers. ArzBill starts from the actual workflow of a Pakistani trader: a sale happens at the counter or on credit, and everything downstream (stock, cash, the customer's balance, the books) should follow from that one action, in PKR, without a second data-entry step.
