Welcome to ArzBill ERP! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (arzbill.com) and the ArzBill Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Subscription and Payments

ArzBill ERP is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your selected subscription plan. Payments are processed securely via our designated payment gateways. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the ArzBill platform for your internal business operations. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer our software, or use our platform for any unlawful activities.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights and ownership to the business data you input into ArzBill ERP. We claim no ownership over your data. For details on how we protect and process your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArzBill ERP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Multan (including any consumer court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of ArzBill ERP.
